How should I improve my Photo Quality & Presentation?

For a greater chance of winning, your photos must clearly show your transformation.Photo guidelines: 

• Use clear, vibrant lighting (natural light is ideal) 
• Photos must be sharp, bright, and easy to see 
• Blurry, dark, or low-quality photos will not be used 
• An iPhone camera is more than sufficient — lighting matters far more than equipment 
• Simple, clean setup is perfect (no fancy editing required) If your transformation can’t be clearly seen due to poor photo quality, it cannot be properly judged.

Can I download this on android?

How many days per week do I need to train?

Our programs are designed to be efficient, requiring just 3 focused workouts per week. By maximizing key lifts and using optimized rep ranges, you’ll see significant results without needing to spend hours in the gym. We even have minimalist routines with just two workouts per week that work gangbusters.

Will I need any special equipment?

Most of our programs can be completed with basic gym equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and access to a pull-up bar.

How long does each workout take?

Each workout is designed to be completed in 45-60 minutes. We focus on high-quality, intense sessions that fit into a busy lifestyle, allowing you to make progress without spending all day in the gym.

Can I use this app if I’m a beginner?
